Position: FINANCE CONTROLLER
Purpose of the role:
* The Finance Controller is responsible for ensuring that the company's accounting, reporting and financial management function correctly and effectively, thus enabling the company to achieve its objectives (financial, economic, management).
* He/she is responsible for the day-to-day management of the operations of the finance function, coordinates staff such as accountants and management control clerks and works closely with the CFO and company management to provide data and support in planning activities.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinating management control activities
* Analysing processes and defining management control procedures
* Measuring performance and assessing the efficiency of accounting, reporting and the internal controlling system
* Ensuring that transactions comply with accounting principles
* Ensuring the compliance with the Group internal control matrix
* Collaborating in the definition of the expenditure budget
* Support finance Director in building the statutory balance sheet
* Preparation of forecasts
* Monitoring and evaluating business performance and cost controlling of the various business areas
* Analysing deviations of budget items from planned financial and economic targets
* Supporting the Finance Director in strategic planning activities
* Drawing up proposals for the development of the accounting and administrative area
* Advising management on accounting, financial and tax matters
Competence:
* Knowledge of management control principles and methods
* Knowledge of statutory balance sheet
* Sound knowledge of business administration, accounting, budgeting and financial statement analysis
* Computer skills (Excel, accounting software, ERP systems...)

Experience and education:
* Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Management Engineering, Business Administration
* 3/5 years' experience in multinational companies with international relationships.
* Excellent knowledge of the English language.
