We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electronics Engineer with experience in hardware and/or firmware development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics, with practical skills in:
* Hardware system design
* Firmware development for microcontrollers, embedded systems, and advanced electronic devices
The candidate should be able to work in a team, have a good problem-solving attitude, and possess strong communication skills in English and/or Italian.
Responsibilities
1. Design and develop electronic systems, including circuits and electronic boards (hardware) and develop firmware for microcontrollers or embedded systems.
2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design, implement, and test innovative technological solutions.
3. Write optimized firmware code for embedded applications using C.
4. Bug-test and debug hardware and firmware, identifying solutions to complex issues and optimizing performance.
5. Analyze requirements and design customized electronic solutions for specific applications.
6. Optimize and improve the performance of existing electronic systems.
7. Monitor system performance during production and resolve any operational issues.
8. Provide technical support to customers for the integration of developed hardware systems.
Requirements
1. Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of experience in the electronics industry, with a focus on hardware design and/or firmware development.
3. In-depth knowledge of electronic design, including analog and digital circuit design.
4. Experience in firmware development for microcontrollers (e.g., ARM, STM32).
5. Proficiency in programming languages for embedded systems.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication skills in Italian and/or English.
