What you will do:
As Tender Specialist, you will be responsible for all activities related to:
1. Tender monitoring: identification of new business opportunities, viability analysis and presentation to sales unit;
2. Tender preparation: coordinate with the entire company related to the tender preparation (prioritization, evaluation, qualification, preparation of administrative documentation, compilation of final documents, submission, follow-up, etc.);
3. Coordination with internal departments and external suppliers/partners involved in the tender preparation;
4. Provide support to Key Account Managers in the sales process;
5. Document prospective and existing customer use cases for solutions/products - Consolidate business opportunities or major developments across customers/regions - Coordinate the overall commercial tender/bidding processes with strong collaboration with Pre-sales technical department.
Who you are:
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Finance or Marketing with:
1. 3 years of experience in the preparation of high-volume international tenders, if related to the energy sector will be considered a plus;
2. Commercial and communications skills;
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word);
4. Fluent English (written and spoken) will be the main used language. Knowledge of Italian, Spanish, Portuguese are considered a plus;
5. Courses/masters with industry focus will be considered a plus.
