How You'll Create Impact
1. Account targeting and segmentation
2. Regional key account planning & management
3. Sales force and management recruitment, training, development and succession planning
4. Sales force performance management
5. Develops relationships with customers to drive sales and acquire new accounts
6. Develops sales and marketing strategies and drives its execution to support sales growth and competitive advantage
7. Assists the BU Director in the formulation of yearly and quarterly budgets
8. Ensures that regional sales & gross margin targets are achieved.
9. Supervises and implements the strategies decided upon and to ensure that the highest professional standards of behavior and performance are maintained by the sales force
10. Travels in the field on a regular basis with each Sales Team member to assess performance and training needs

Your Background
- High level of English
- Team Management
- Experience as Sales Manager in Orthopedics and medical devices.
- Min. 3 years of experience in the role.
