#ELC Project Analyst
The Role
Estée Lauder Companies is looking for a Project Analyst Intern to join the team that supports our new pharma project. The resource will work mainly with the marketing team but will also provide support to the education and commercial teams, contributing to the success of the project through effective management of operational and coordination activities.
Key Performance Areas
1. Support the creation of customer presentations and sell-in analysis.
2. Be a reference point for agents, handling requests and questions from customers in a timely manner.
3. Provide operational support in the opening of new sales outlets, including working with the sales team to collect orders and documentation necessary for the opening of new sales outlets.
4. Support the organization of training events: from the creation of invitations and management of subscriptions to logistics and preparation of event spaces for customers, ensuring that every detail (location, teaching materials, technical tools, etc.) is managed efficiently and on time.
5. Support the design and development of prospecting kits, opening kits, and self-managed kits.
6. Monitor project’s progress, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
7. Manage project management activities, planning, and coordination with various stakeholders.
Qualifications
1. Degree in economics, marketing, or related fields.
2. Previous work experience or traineeships in similar roles is a plus.
3. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Strong organizational skills and precision.
5. Ability to manage time and priorities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
6. Excellent communication and team working skills.
