The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analysing real estate development projects, with a focus on all asset classes. The Project Monitor will analyse risks and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Analyse risks in the following areas: budget, schedule, contracts, urban planning, insurance, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, according to the Financial agreement in place with the Lender and the technical specification provided by the ClientAnalyse active SAL (Stato Avanzamento Lavori ) and control invoices to confirm drawdown with the bank.Maintain accurate monthly/quarterly reports to ensure transparency and accountability, aligned with the Cpi requested as per ContractCollaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, with focus on Planning Strategy and cost controllerProvide regular updates on a monthly basis to clients and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.Requirements:Bachelor's degree from a University and/or equivalent related experience.+2 years of relevant work experience in project monitoring or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluency in English.Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of financial terms and principles.Availability to travel for a different number of monthly site inspectionPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Architectural and/or Engineering.Member of RICSKnowledge of planning, contracts, and construction practices.Experience working with international clients and stakeholders.
