TXT Novigo, part of the Fintech division of TXT Group and a leader in IT services for the financial market, is looking for a Business Analyst to work in the Banking – Finance sector.
The selected candidate will work for our clients in the banking and financial sector, supported by an internal team, with the goal of interacting with both business and IT functions within the client’s organization as well as within Novigo.
What will you do?
Support our teams in planning and orchestrating client transformation programs that impact business models, operational frameworks, and require new or enhanced technologies.
Act as a liaison between the client and teams involved in developing technical solutions, using advanced communication skills to analyze, document, and validate client requirements.
Gain knowledge of the business areas supported by TXT Novigo to translate requirements into functional specifications.
Coordinate and support the implementation of requirements.
Actively manage the definition and formalization of use cases and test scenarios, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Testing.
Contribute to drafting proposals, feasibility studies, and the development of new business opportunities.
What skills should you have?
Good knowledge of key processes in the banking-financial sector or at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Basic understanding of key digital technologies.
Familiarity with development and analysis methodologies.
Knowledge of leasing products, loans, and salary-backed loans (so-called "cessione del quinto").
Strong teamwork orientation.
Optional skills (nice to have):
Experience with process modeling and organizational tools.
Knowledge of AS400.
Ability to query databases and manage SQL queries.
Required Degree:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in STEM disciplines.
