The TXT Group is looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist with expertise in foreign payroll, with at least 3 years of experience, to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing complex payroll, with a particular focus on regulations and procedures related to international payroll. They will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all payroll processes, providing support and advice to employees and managers.
Key responsibilities:
Full management of the payroll cycle for both Italian and foreign employees, including salary processing, taxes, and social security contributions;
Ensure compliance with local and international labor and tax regulations;
Manage all aspects related to the international mobility of employees, including expatriation and repatriation contracts;
Provide advice and support to employees and managers regarding payroll-related issues;
Keep payroll-related documentation and procedures up to date;
Manage relationships with external providers and relevant authorities;
Interfacing with international HR business partners;
Resolve any payroll-related issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Required qualifications:
Proven experience in payroll processing;
Excellent knowledge of Excel;
Knowledge of English (B2) is necessary;
Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus.
Education: Degree in Accounting, Law, or related disciplines, or a Master's in HR.
