Job Title: In-Vitro Customer Service Team Leader
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to oversee our In-Vitro Customer Service team in Italy. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of field service engineers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and mentor field service engineers to ensure effective performance
* Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, share updates, and promote best practices
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development
* Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, escalating when necessary
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote satisfaction and loyalty
* Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of field service technicians to ensure efficient use of resources
* Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing education for field service technicians
* Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business/Engineering, or a related field preferred
* Proven experience in a field service role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
* Strong technical knowledge related to Laboratory Solutions
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
* Good and fluent English in both written and oral communication
