Role & Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement the Diversity & Inclusion strategy and initiatives to promote diversity in the organization
2. Design and support the Groupe People Experience projects and activities from concept to completion
3. Coordinate the Wellbeing initiatives
4. Coordinate the Social and Voluteer initiatives
5. Main contact for Internal Global Communities about D&I and Sustainability topics
6. Inspire and engage employees by creating a sense of belonging and community
Qualifications
Key Skills:
7. 4-5 years of experience in similar roles, with a focus on D&I, Wellbeing and People Experience
8. In-depth Knowledge of UNI PdR 125:2022
9. Strong project management and communication skills to design, implement and coordinate projects
10. Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel) and Canva
11. English proficiency
