Ortoverde, a company part of the Foodiverse Group, is seeking an HR Specialist to lead the HR department.The mission of this position is to ensure compliance with HR policies, guidelines, and objectives, aligning with the company’s philosophy and business model. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business strategy.Manage daily relationships between management and employees, addressing issues and complaints.Execute, optimize, and manage the recruitment, selection, and hiring process.Develop and implement plans for the development, motivation, and retention of human capital.Ensure compliance with labor legislation.Develop and apply HR strategies and procedures across the Group.Implement the performance evaluation system and talent mapping.Develop and control the personnel budget and fixed expenses.Ensure compliance with legal requirements in all HR processes.Provide reports to management and support decision-making.Develop the annual training plan.Report and monitor KPIs such as absenteeism, turnover, HC, FTE, and design action plans.Required Skills and Knowledge:Previos experience in HR.Degree in Law or Labor Relations.English C1If you are passionate about HR and interested in working in our group, we invite you to apply for this opportunity.
