Warehouse Manager
In this role as Warehouse Manager, you will be one of the key figures in developing the logistics activities of the company. You will have to manage inventory, control documentation, receive goods, organize and manage warehouse logistics.
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for a group of employees, particularly 3 figures (warehouse workers and quality control staff). They are expected to contact foreign suppliers to organize the arrival of goods at the warehouse and national couriers, controlling related documentation. They must also supervise and organize warehouse staff in receiving goods, shipping goods to customers, and organizing warehouse spaces.
The Warehouse Manager's responsibilities include:
* Managing inventory with the company's ERP system
* Organizing warehouse storage and managing stock levels
* Supervising and training warehouse staff
* Coordinating with external partners and suppliers
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
The requirements for the role of Warehouse Manager are:
* Diploma of secondary school
* Previous experience in logistics environments
* Knowledge of English language at B1/B2 level
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Availability to take on responsibility and lead others
