**Job Title:** EPC Director

As the selected candidate, you will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery.
* Manage direct interface to EPC organization in Germany
* Establish minimum requirements for EPC Organization and cross-functional EPC team in Italy and Germany
* Drive process to define suitable DOR (gmbh - IT) and develop RACI matrix
* Identify key resources in BEL Italy organization for EPC business
* Report to SD PM&C / Technical Leadership - Disciplinary Lead / Organizational Leadership Italian Organization Payroll Office etc.
* Day-to-day organization and interfacing as well as reports to Deputy Director Project Management & Construction in Germany
* Involvement in EPC Sales up to EPC Delivery
* Staffing of EPC team aligned with SD PM&C + Board of BEL Italy
* Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, technical and functional requirements
* Develop detailed project plan establishing key phases deadlines responsibilities each team member
* Work closely with engineering team other specialists ensure project phases executed line planned schedule
* Constantly monitor project progress ensure deadlines met
* Manage project financial aspects ensuring expenses remain assigned budget
* Conduct regular cost checks identify opportunities cost reduction without compromising quality delivery timelines
* Manage any financial adjustments or budget updates based changes requirements timelines
* Provide regular reports project progress including technical non-technical matters updates risks deadlines costs
* Ensure projects completed set deadlines meeting required costs quality standards
* Oversee final stages project including installation testing photovoltaic system
* Manage project closure including final review results completion documentation
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Electrical Engineering comparable qualification
* Several years professional experience strong electrical engineering background photovoltaic field
* Excellent skills using MS Office products
* Strong proficiency English minimum C1 level
