CKD Italia srl, based near to Florence with the commercial offices in Sesto San Giovanni (MI), represents the group in Italy with the aim of supporting existing customers in maintaining factory performance and helping new customers in increasing productivity.
A further activity of CKD Italia srl is to develop the local presence in the country through direct business and sales partners. To boost up the Italian Business Development project we are looking for determined and ambitious people to be hired as Business Developer Sales Engineer in Emilia Romagna, with the main target of developing direct sales to OEMs and also, with full responsibility for the assigned area.
Position: Business Developer Sales Engineer
Main Functions and Responsibilities:
* Manage and mainly Develop the actual customers portfolio
* Go to market Business Development Strategy in assigned area
* Build business relationship with new OEMs and Trend Setters in the main Industrial sectors
* Technical & Sales Support, requirement and offer management
* CRM Implementation, Activities Plan and report
* Attend to Sales Meetings and team working with the organization
* Managing and having responsible of personnel budget number.
Experience, Skill & Knowledge:
* At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer preferred in Industrial Automation components manufacturer or distributor;
* Living in the Emilia Romagna (Parma/Modena/Reggio Emilia/Bologna) area is preferred.
* Deep knowledge of the Emilia Romagna Market and maintains strong personal relationships with OEMs;
* Skilled in planning and organizing direct sales activities and managing the strategic development of sales partners;
* Business development-oriented and available to visit customers in Emilia-Romagna.
* 5 years plus of proven experience in the sector.
Preferred conditions:
* National and international travel may be required.
* Excellent knowledge of the Italian language and good spoken and written English level, especially considering the reporting and training with CKD Corporation members.
