IT support (1st / 2nd line support) I am recruiting for an IT support engineer to work for a market research technology company based in Milan. This person will work with the EMEA support engineers to support users across Europe and the local office.ExperienceStrong knowledge of Windows operating systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, Azure AD, Office365 suite, SharePoint/OneDriveExperience with VDI infrastructure (VMware Horizon) is beneficialExperience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective customer supportBasic understanding of IT security principles and practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication skillsMust able to provide support in both English and Italian and be fluent in having a conversation in both languagesThis is a full time permanent role based onsite five days a week.
