Key responsibilities:
1) Drive showroom sales & meet given targets
2) Build professional relationships with architects, designers, and clients.
3) Guide clients in choosing or customizing furniture and design solutions
4) Adequate customer service
5) Guarantee reception and assistance
6) Maintaining an excellent level of service
7) Manage showroom operations, ensuring top-notch service and luxury standards.
8) Ensure the correct presentation of the brand image
9) Contribute operationally to the organization’s events
10) Contribute operationally to the organization’s marketing initiatives
Requirements:
Required:
• Degree in Architecture or Industrial/Interior Design
• At least 5 years' experience in the direct-to-public sales industry in the furniture
industry,
• Excellent knowledge of 3D design software (Autocad, etc.),
• Strong commercial propensity, determination and a high focus on results,
• Fluent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written. Knowledge
of a second language will be considered a plus,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Orientation towards the achievement of objectives,
• Patience and empathy and an aptitude for interpersonal relationships.
• Self-motivated and able to handle projects independently
Skills:
- Knowledge of drawing and design software (AutoCAD, Rhino, etc.) - Rendering software (3dstudio Max, vray, Lumion or similar)
- Adobe suite (photoshop, illustrator, Indesign)
- Good knowledge of the O9ice package
Type of contract:
Hiring on 13 monthly payments
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm + two Saturdays per month
• Place of work: Via Monte di Pietà, 13/1, 20121, Milano, Italy
• Employment contract: Full-time
• Salary: Up to €5,000.00 per month
