Dolce Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity, within the in-house Beauty Division, for a Global Influencer Marketing Manager based in the HQ in Milan.This role reports to the Global Head of Influencer Marketing supports building the global Influencer Marketing strategy with a digital-first approach to increase brand awareness and visibility worldwide. The Manager will also support in leading the local implementation of strategies, working closely with regional partners to ensure a smooth process implementation at a local level.The IM Manager will sit within the wider communication department, working closely with the Digital, Image, Social, and Paid Media team, as well as Global Marketing and Corporate teams.The ideal candidate will be a strategic, data driven, dynamic, creative, talented, and passionate profile with excellent organisational and project management skills and a consumer marketing background. Previous expertise and a strong knowledge of the Luxury / Beauty industry, as well as a strong understanding of the current luxury and youth culture, are required.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Head of Influencer Marketing to develop the long-term innovative communication strategy to support key fragrance launches and initiatives with a data driven approach to drive business growth and ensure elevated brand positioningDefine, manage and maintain Global Fragrance IM yearly budget, in collaboration with Head of departmentSet up kpi goals for makeup IM yearly strategy and share monthly progress vs strategy, using martech toolGuide and maintain constant relationship with Regional stakeholders from EMEA, APAC, AMERICAS for IM activitiesPartner with key internal stakeholders including Digital, Image, Social, Media, Global Marketing, and Corporate teams to ensure impactful and coherent 360 activationsEnd-to-end project management for the implementation of the global strategy, ensuring key deadlines are met and brand guidelines are always respectedScouting and Management of Global KOL’s in line with brand positioning and target audience, whilst identifying new appropriate profiles to build a meaningful relevant brand community and long-term relationshipsManagement of brand ambassador press days (shoots, interviews, event attendance), ensuring yearly PR days are well optimised and identifying synergies across Fashion/Beauty and within Local RegionsSupport end-to-end event preparation execution (global, regional local) in collaboration with the 360 internal team and external stakeholdersMain point of contact for the regional teams to ensure approval correct execution of all IM activations including: Strategy, events, influencer partnership programs; Influencer; submissions talent proposals; Ambassador days local eventsObtain regular information on local initiatives provide post-campaign reports, sharing insights learnings with the wider team to fuel future successful local activationsSupport the Global fragrance Program, identifying new opportunities drive visibility through disruptive 360 opportunitiesOversee the development of all influencer activation tools including profiling, content, seeding at scale, and event guidelines, as well as activation calendars and timelinesCollaborate with regional teams to monitor analyse monthly results across all tracking platforms, preparing detailed campaign reports based on KPIs and identifying key insights to be shared with the Senior Leadership Team Business Analysis team to optimise brand strategyMaintain a strong understanding of competitor activity within the beauty luxury landscape, providing regular insights information to the wider teamOversee day-to-day budget management and supplier paymentsPer platform strategic approach to ensure brand positioning is maintained while working on increasing SOI and SOV of brand and products.Skills ExperienceMinimum 5/6 years of relevant influencer marketing communication experience (with luxury brands is desirable)Experience in working with key opinion leaders (influencers, MUA, ambassadors, celebrities)Experience in working with, and knowledge of, international markets (previous experience in a global role is desirable)Experience in working with and using coverage tracking tools/influencer identification platformsExperience in working with luxury / licensed brands is desirableExcellent leadership, management, and communication skillsExcellent time management organisational skills with a sense of priorityExcellent attention to detail always with a luxury mindsetAbility to communicate across a big organisation at all levels, and manage multiple stakeholdersAn innovative disruptive way of thinking, with a flexible, professional, and positive attitudeEnthusiastic, ability to work proactively, and eager to always find new/impactful ideas to support the businessHard-working, self-motivated, and passionate about the beauty influencer industryBudget managementFluent in spoken/written English.
