Job Description
Synergie Italia Spa, Ancona Branch, is seeking a Receptionist for a prestigious accommodation facility.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Welcome guests and process their arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out);
* Manage and register guest reservations;
* Handle guest inquiries;
* Process phone calls and emails;
* Organize and store documents;
* Perform administrative tasks (invoicing and receipt issuance).
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will work in a dynamic environment and be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service standards are met.
* Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently;
* Manage room assignments and key cards;
* Provide information on hotel services and amenities;
* Handle guest complaints and issues professionally;
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Degree in Tourism or equivalent;
* Prior experience in a similar position (e.g. hotels, resorts, villas);
* Excellent English language skills (B2 level) and good German language skills (B2 level);
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications;
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary, full-time contract from March to September 2025, and a pleasant working environment.
The contract will be based on the CCNL Turismo agreement, with a monthly salary of €1,519.93 gross pay for 40 hours per week.
The working hours are from 7:00 to 15:00 or 15:00 to 23:00, Monday to Sunday, with an unpaid break during the week.
The workplace is located in Sirolo, AN.
