Are you an experienced B2B sales professional with a strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with major retail chains / wholesalers / independent stores / other companies? In this role, you will manage export clients across multiple markets. You will drive sales growth and ensure seamless operational and logistics processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage and develop relationships with key B2B clients in various export markets, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty;
* Develop and implement sales strategies based on market trends, company and client needs;
* Oversee order management, documentation, and logistics processes, coordinating deliveries and ensuring smooth collaboration with internal teams;
* Prepare and manage commercial offers, contracts, and other documentation, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements;
* Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with finance, logistics, and marketing teams to enhance customer service;
* Monitor market changes and competitive landscape, adapting client development strategies accordingly;
* Prepare reports and analysis, providing management with insights on client performance and growth opportunities.
WHAT YOU POSSES:
* At least 3–5 years of experience in key account management in export markets, preferably in Specialty Food goods;
* Proven experience working with major retail chains / wholesalers and an understanding of their business operations;
* Experience in sales operations processes, including order management, contracts, and documentation;
* Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes in an international environment;
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills;
* Fluency in English.
