We are seeking a new resource for the Purchasing Department at the ASTRA V.I. SpA Piacenza Site.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish agreements with serial production suppliers and primary Iveco vendors using knowledge of the supply base, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
* Achieve results through autonomous negotiation and management, understanding both negotiation content and supplier financial aspects.
* Select suppliers and allocate business using relevant tools, while managing relationships and achieving objectives related to savings, quality, and timing.
Background
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
* At least 2+ years of experience in purchasing/procurement offices, specializing in automotive/manufacturing/machining companies.
* Relevant product knowledge and IT education with strong Office Package skills.
* Languages: Italian as mother tongue, English professional; a third language is considered beneficial.
