Land Agreements: Collaborate with our Real Estate team (if required) in the negotiations of land agreements with landowners, ensuring long-term agreements are secured for project development. Coordinate with external advisors and consultants to ensure that all agreements comply with legal, technical, and regulatory standards.
Permitting Process Coordination: Work closely with consultants, advisors, and public agencies to support and streamline the permitting process. Coordinate internal teams and departments (engineering, legal, finance) to align on project timelines and requirements throughout the development cycle.
Regulatory & Policy Compliance: remain up to date on Italian regulatory frameworks, including energy policies, land use regulations, and environmental guidelines that impact the permitting process. Ensure that all project activities are compliant with national and regional laws and regulations.
Grid Connection & Infrastructure Development: Collaborate with grid operators and other relevant parties to secure grid connections for projects. Oversee the technical aspects of grid integration, ensuring that project infrastructure aligns with regulatory requirements.
