As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist or Payroll Manager to join our team and support our clients with seamless payroll processing. We are looking for a highly stress-resistant and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist who can independently manage the entire payroll process from A to Z. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of FORMATEMP and EBITEMP regulations and be experienced in handling F24 and UNIEMENS submissions. Key Responsibilities: Complete end-to-end payroll management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all legal and contractual obligations. Process and verify F24 and UNIEMENS declarations. Provide expert guidance and support to leased employees and colleagues on payroll-related matters. Ensure compliance with FORMATEMP and EBITEMP requirements. Manage payroll data, deductions, and contributions in accordance with Italian labor laws. Liaise with external authorities, tax agencies, and social security institutions as needed. Requirements: Proven experience in payroll processing, ideally within an Agenzia per il Lavoro. Strong knowledge of Italian labor law, payroll taxation, and social security contributions. Expertise in handling FORMATEMP and EBITEMP regulations. Expertise in handling reconciliations (quadrature) required for Form 770 submission. Proficiency in managing F24 and UNIEMENS declarations. Experience with Zucchetti and PagheProject payroll systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Strong advisory skills to support both leased employees and internal colleagues on payroll matters. Experience in registration and management of workers in supplementary pension funds. High attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
