•Serves guests according to the rules of etiquette at Michelin star level
•Prepares dining room and server stations to fulfill this function.
•Satisfying guest needs and exceeding their expectations by projecting a positive hotel image through proper grooming, appropriate verbal communication, and taking responsibility of guest needs.
•Knowledge of all menu items and accompanying silverware
•Informing the kitchen of any special requests or needs from guests
•Recording and passing on any useful information to the host/hostess such as special occasions, etc
