We are looking for a Quality Part Responsible Interiors Seats to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Head of QA Interiors/Exteriors.
You will be responsible to manage quality aspects (requirements, problems solving, KPI) with suppliers both during development and Series Production Phase in order to reach and keep expected quality levels for the managed components (including software functions) with a specific focus on Seats.
Your main activities will be:
* Definition of requirements/targets in terms of quality for single components/systems by deploying the overall project targets
* Represent Quality department in SET (Simultaneous Engineering Team) and all necessary inter-functional meetings
* Develop, follow and approve the Advanced Product Quality Planning (QPNi) for the parts under his/her area responsibility. Sort and escalate priority problems that could occur as real or potential jobstopper for the project
* Prepare and customize Quality Standards (Q-LAH) based on Group guidelines and specific Lamborghini requirements as documents to submit for the contract preparations, sourcing & nomination meetings and commitment rounds
* Evaluation and release of the PPAP submitted by suppliers related to components in own responsibility (included analysis of measurement results, Test Material result, Fitment result) and 8D report in pre-series and series
* Interface with AL metrologic centre activities and Durability Test for parts claims during the validations’ phases
* Establish, approve and keep updated the needed reference parts and catalogues for Production Quality and Supplier
* Perform 2-Days Production audit and stress test to assess the capacity of the supplier process at its site before SOP. Follow the related action plan
* Claims management with deep technical analysis, both on product and process, emerging from current series production Implementation of immediate corrective actions; Planning, monitoring and guaranteeing of future corrective actions
* Reporting of quality problems emerging from production and/or field within SET’s to anticipate development problems for new projects/products
* Involvement in all different Problem solving tables for Pre-Series, Series and After Sales
About you
* University Degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical/Automotive/Materials Engineering)
* At least 2 years in the Quality department
* Technical Knowledge for Automotive applications
* Knowledge of different materials (i.g. plastics, CFK, metallic, leather) and their production processes for Seats components
* Experience on key-characteristics definition and control both on technical drawings and process control
* Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes
* Knowledge of ISO/IATF/VDA standard and Quality Management Systems
* English knowledge, German will be considered a plus
* Problem solving attitude, analytical skills, team work and target oriented
* Process orientation and lesson learned approach
* Relational and negotiation skills
* Availability to travel

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

* METHODS OF PROCESSING AND DATA STORAGE PERIOD
Your personal data will be processed through the use of electronic or paper tools at the Company's offices for a maximum period of two years from the date of registration in the Company's database.
If you believe that the purpose of the processing of your personal data by the Company has ceased, as it is no longer necessary, please notify the Company, so that we can promptly delete your data. The Company will process your personal data according to the logic and procedures functional to the aforementioned purposes and in compliance with the Privacy Laws, including the security and confidentiality of information. As part of the selection process, the Company may verify the information you provide regarding, for example, academic qualifications, professional qualifications and previous employers. The Company may only contact your former employer if your employment relationship ended or before that term only with your express permission. The verification activities are carried out according to the applicable Privacy Laws and only if strictly functional to the selection process. Only authorized personnel will be able to access your data, if necessary.
* NATURE OF THE DATA PROCESSED
The Company collects, processes and uses the following categories of personal data concerning you: (i) identification data, such as your name, citizenship, passport, date of birth; (ii) contact details, such as your work and residence address, telephone number, email addresses; (iii) information relating to your previous work experience, such as qualification, professional position, start and end date of the employment relationship.
The Company processes your personal data and possibly also of a sensitive or judicial nature, for example the criminal record and the certificate of pending charges, only where required by laws, regulations, collective agreements and European legislation (e.g. sensitive data relating to the categories protected, judicial data required by collective agreements). Other sensitive and judicial data not necessary for the selection process possibly contained in your curriculum vitae or otherwise provided by you or by third parties will be promptly deleted and not further processed, except with your prior consent which must be sent by email to privacy@lamborghini.com .
Data relating to minors may be processed by the Company only with the consent of the persons exercising parental authority.
