We are currently hiring for Head Chef in Toronto (Canada) and are pleased to offer visa sponsorship and relocation assistance to selected candidates.
As the Head Chef, you will lead our kitchen teams in crafting authentic Italian dishes that reflect Eataly’s culinary standards. Your role will encompass kitchen operations management, team development and maintaining exceptional food quality. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, upholding food safety standards, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the dining experience. Candidates should have proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, with a deep knowledge of Italian cuisine (7+ years of culinary experience, including 5+ years of management experience).
