Making it safer, cleaner, and more efficient for people and the planet.Build relationships that make a differenceYou will be part of the RC OPEX Service team and be responsible for defining, managing preparation properly, and following up on all the OPEX commercial proposals for reciprocating compressors.You will coordinate the commercial and technical development of RECO offering, strengthening relationships with CoEs and critical functions such as Risk, Commercial Finance, Legal, Engineering, Global Operations, and Product Leadership, as well as effectively participating in Customer negotiations as the focal point for commercial contents.As a Service Commercial Manager - Reciprocating Compressors, you will be responsible for:Working closely with the application engineer/TQC to develop the proper commercial proposal.Following pricing and delivery processes while developing the most appropriate commercial strategy.Working closely with sales managers, actively participating in the negotiation phase.Analyzing the commercial and technical specifications for tenders and Requests for Quotation, and generally taking care of the Commercial part and risk factors evaluation.Working closely and providing guidance to the relevant Center of Excellence and Functions (COM FIN; Legal and Risk, Services Engineering, Global Operations, etc.), when appropriate, and engaging the relevant functions driving optimization and speed of the proposal generation.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent work experience.Have some knowledge of the reciprocating compressor product line.Have demonstrated experience in Commercial Operation Transactional (OPEX).Able to fluently speak and write in English.Be able and willing to travel when required.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
