Matix (https://www.azzurrodigitale.com/matix/) is an Industrial IoT and Cloud Solution for Intelligent Mold Management. Our platform acquires data directly from molds in a seamless way, providing buyers and suppliers with visibility into their value chains. Users can analyze and measure supplier performance, uncovering joint process improvement opportunities and monitoring supplier risks.
Recently, we closed our Seed Round to further fuel our growth. We are backed by a leading lean consulting firm, many serial entrepreneurs and several C-level managers, who are all contributing with their know-how in the industry.
As a Business Development Manager for MATIX, your focus will be on driving our company's revenue growth through strategic client engagement and market expansion in the USA. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing business opportunities, upselling to existing clients, and contributing significantly to our sales and revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
* Prospect and generate new business leads to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
* Strategically manage key accounts to maximize revenue growth and client retention.
* Analyze client needs and market trends to tailor business development strategies.
* Work in collaboration with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements and business goals.
* Represent the company at industry events, identifying opportunities for business expansion.
* Provide regular updates on business development activities and progress towards goals.
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field, combined with 4 to 6 years of experience in enterprise sales or strategy consulting.
Strong relationship-building skills and a strategic mindset are essential for driving business growth.
The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities, coupled with advanced skills in outbound and cold calling.
Being able to manage multiple accounts effectively while maintaining keen attention to detail is crucial.
This role also requires flexibility to travel across the USA up to 50% of the time and fluency in English.
