Mission:The Transformation Business Junior Analyst will be involved in the company's transformation initiatives, supporting various Functions in defining solutions, priorities, benefits, and KPIs, as well as in developing and monitoring defined plans. They will also collaborate in developing and monitoring the necessary change management plans and support the Manager in defining the transformation initiatives portfolio and priorities.Main Activities & Responsibilities:Support the preparation of business cases for newly generated or prioritized initiatives;Collaborate with the reference Project Manager in preparing the initiatives' scope of work, execution plan, priorities timeline, and risk/opportunities identification, as well as defining the deliverables and milestones for completion;Support the Project Manager in defining the roles and responsibilities of the initiative's participating team;Coordinate cross-functional teams during initiatives' development (both in Agile and Waterfall), keeping track of deadlines, priorities, and milestones;Facilitate collaboration among different teams (e.g., business functions, IT, technical profiles, etc.) and drive team members' commitment to milestones;Support the business in preparing the required change/adoption plan to ensure end-to-end completion of the initiatives;Cooperate with functional experts, key users, and Business Process Owners to ensure successful adoption of initiatives once development is completed, coordinating with key stakeholders and ensuring implementation standards are met;Ensure project standards' definition and implementation during initiatives' adoption;Support Group Functions in measuring the results of implemented transformation initiatives to verify the impact of the change on business performance;Facilitate the proper transfer of initiatives' deliverables to the involved Group Functions to support the group document system update, if necessary.Knowledge & Qualifications:Master's Degree in Management and Business Administration or Industrial Engineering;Knowledge of Agile Methodology or Scrum Master certification.Experience:Internship or university project experience in Project Management or Management Consulting;Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools;Interest in Digital Transformation.Skills and Abilities:Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships;Exceptional time management and task prioritization skills;Analytical and practical mindset and problem-solving skills;Outstanding verbal communication skills;Excellent active listening skills;Good presence, credibility, and leadership attitude;Confident and persistent attitude, even under pressure;Fluency in English.
