We are seeking a talented Supply Chain professional to join our Global Supply Chain Team as a Shop Logistic Support Senior Specialist. This role will be part of a fast-paced environment with a constantly evolving context. The successful candidate will contribute to building a high-performing logistic support service that increases customer satisfaction and facilitates shop operations globally.
Main Responsibilities:
* Guide Local Shop Logistic Support teams in daily activities and support them in exceptions management and supplier issues resolution
* Perform analysis on performance and process monitoring for a cluster of countries
* Manage service support for assigned countries and collaborate with suppliers for seamless communication and prompt problem-solving
* Work with Account Payable, Supply Chain, and IT teams to ensure efficient Procure to Pay processes
* Contribute to improve Purchasing processes and drive performance excellence
* Recommend improvement actions based on KPI analysis and collaboration with suppliers
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or Engineering
* 5-6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistic Operations, Procurement Operations, Sales Support
* Continuous improvement oriented
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
* Customer-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively across functions and drive cross-functional activities
* Fluent English language skills; Italian and other languages (French, Spanish) appreciated
* Working knowledge of ERP (Oracle preferred) and order automation tools
