About the role: The Regional Key Account Manager will report to the Regional Manager of South & East EU Electrical. The purpose of the role is to plan and execute sales and account management activities to maximize sales and profit of Intertek Electricals services to assigned Key Accounts in the Region. What you’ll do: Develop and implement account strategies and action plans for the assigned Customers to grow demand for Intertek Electricals services. Plan, execute, and lead a relationship-building and communication program between Intertek Electricals and the Customer, involving Intertek Electricals management and staff as appropriate. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified and well-developed Customer sales opportunities, sufficient to meet agreed business goals. Lead the Intertek Electricals sales activity on large or strategically important sales opportunities in collaboration with regional and country managers. Negotiate global agreements with the Customer, and manage, review, and renew such agreements as required to maximize business for Intertek Electricals and support Intertek Electricals-Customer relations. Plan and implement activities to improve Customers’ satisfaction with Intertek Electricals services. Build and maintain close, effective, working relationships with Intertek Electricals Country Managers, and regional and country staff as appropriate.
