The Calzedonia Group, a multinational Italian fashion retail company present in over 50 countries worldwide and always focused on international expansion, sustainability, and vertical integration, is looking for a Help Desk to be inserted into the IT Infrastructure & Caring Services area.
You will work in a dynamic team that provides phone support and assistance, finding solutions to computer-related problems at:
* Retail network in Italy and abroad
* Sales Force (commercial staff operating on the territory)
* Colleagues from foreign companies within the Group
Your activity will be performed according to planned working shifts rotating across seven days a week. As a Help Desk member, you will be involved in all activities of the area, particularly:
* Providing consulting services on the use of various applications and tools (e.g., sales receipt systems, store management software, business intelligence applications)
* Identifying and resolving recurring problems and/or errors in the use of computer systems
* Activating external technicians for hardware problem-solving activities at the retail point
* Programming periodic interventions for the replacement of computer systems and data lines
We would love to get to know you if:
* You have a Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent or a degree in Informatics or related technical-scientific fields
* You have a good knowledge of the Windows operating system
* You have a good knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS/Android)
* You have a good knowledge of the English language and passion for new technologies
* You are predisposed to interpersonal relationships and customer orientation
* You are able to work in a team, precise, problem-solving, and attentive to details
