Job Title: Account Manager South Italy - Frozen Bakery
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Southern Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth in the frozen food sector.
Main Responsibilities
* Research and develop potential customers in the Foodservice and Horeca channel through direct relationships with buyers or specialized dealers in the frozen sector;
* Create a sales network to increase market share, margins, and turnover;
* Define sales plans in your area, including product positioning, price, distribution, and promotions;
* Manage complex negotiations with customers, organize product demonstrations, support dealers/distributors, and agents;
* Plan sales objectives, build budgets, and forecasts in the short- and long-term; analyze commercial performance and implement improvement actions;
* Conduct market analysis on competitor and consumer needs;
* Collaborate with production, marketing, and management offices to design our products, range, and categories.
Requirements and Skills
* Three-year or specialist degree;
* Mandatory English language knowledge;
* At least 3 years of experience in the role of Account Manager/Area Manager/Sales Manager in the HORECA/FOODSERVICE food sector, preferably in the Frozen Bakery;
* Excellent interpersonal skills and strong negotiation abilities;
* Result-oriented and customer-focused with autonomy and innovation skills.
