For our office in Legnano (Milan) and within our BU Consumer Goods, we are looking for a Brand Manager for our TENA Brand for a Maternity Leave.
She/He will report to the Intimate Hygiene Marketing Manager Iberia and Italy and will take care of TENA Brand.
Please note this position is referred to a temporary contract of 12 months.
What You Will Do
1. Develop, manage, and implement marketing strategy and plans for the GDO channel with the aim to further strengthen TENA's leadership position.
2. Manage product/promo launch process according to agreed plan and establish clear KPIs to monitor performances.
3. Craft and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns and activations across diverse channels such as classic and digital advertising ensuring communication effectiveness and innovation in a multichannel perspective.
4. Ensure accurate logistic forecast in line with product lifecycle, market environment, and strategy plan.
5. Keep track of market performance, the competitive environment, and customer feedback to continuously improve and adjust brand strategies.
6. Work as One Team with M&S organization and proactively liaise and collaborate with various functions, including Sales Support, Logistics, Regional and Global colleagues to ensure optimal alignment and effective implementation of business plans.
7. Assure rapid decision-making, always in respect of compliance, to be reactive to market environment.
Who You Are
1. University degree in Business Management, Marketing or similar.
2. Previous experience in a marketing role; background from the FMCG sector is a plus.
3. Experience in leading multiple projects at the same time.
4. Experience in digital activities is required (e-mail marketing, content marketing & customer journey, landing page, CRM activities, etc.).
