Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and process driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead recruitment efforts and drive the commercial expansion within the medical device industry. This role focuses on optimizing recruitment processes, collaborating with key stakeholders, and implementing strategic initiatives to attract top talent across multiple regions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry-specific challenges and has a proven track record in process improvement within talent acquisition functions. Key Responsibilities: Regional Recruitment: Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to support regional hiring needs aligned with business growth in the medical device industry. Partner with regional managers and HR teams to identify talent gaps, define job requirements, and source qualified candidates. Commercial Build-Out: Lead talent acquisition efforts for new and expanding commercial functions, ensuring alignment with organizational growth goals. Build pipelines for key commercial roles, including sales, marketing, operations, and leadership positions. Process Improvement: Evaluate existing recruitment processes and implement enhancements to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and time-to-hire. Leverage data-driven insights to identify areas for optimization and report on key metrics to measure success. Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract top talent in the medical device sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Employer Branding: Contribute to initiatives that strengthen the organization's employer brand, positioning it as an industry leader and an employer of choice. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry. Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing platforms. Strong project management skills, with a focus on process optimization and stakeholder collaboration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build trust with hiring managers. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of regional labor markets and regulatory requirements in the medical device industry. Experience in commercial role recruitment and talent strategies.
