Develop Tecno’s product sales by establishing, developing, and retaining customer and dealer relationships. Lead, manage, and coach the sales team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Investigate and analyze customer and market trends to identify new sales opportunities. Oversee budget planning and sales forecasts, ensuring sales objectives are met. Engage the sales support team and align with commercial excellence to grow the aftersales business. Provide competitive product and pricing feedback in collaboration with product management. Partner with the marketing team on activities such as product shows and campaigns.
