For a company specializing in digital printing solutions, we are looking for a
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Responsible for the correct handling of (customer) orders throughout the full process.
Procure a positive customer experience through correct administration of orders, proactive information about deliveries and effective handling of requests.
Develop long term relationship and customer loyalty by a personal contact and approach of strategic partners.
Support sales teams administratively to maximise efficiency.
Specifically, the resource will be responsible for:
Order Management
Customer & Contract management
Service administration
Customer relationship management & sales support
Daily communication with customers, providers and end-users
Requirements:
High school degree, with by preferrence some additional degree in trade/business administration Experience in the role or similar positions
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Knowledge MS-Office applications
Personal Skills: Excellent communicator, Solutions driven, Customer oriented attitude, Multi-tasker able to manage time and priorities and well-organised.
Work location: northern province of Milan
A permanent contract is offered. The level and salary will be based on the candidate's experience
