Proclinical seeks a dedicated and experienced Senior Brand Manager. The successful candidate will define key brand strategies and ensure their execution.
The Role and Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive brand strategies and tactical plans
* Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and product launches
* Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and patients needs to identify growth opportunities
* Create compelling messaging and content for key stakeholders
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders and Scientific Societies
* Optimize resource allocation in collaboration with the whole Marketing team
* Track brand performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet business objectives
* Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements
* Ensure trainings to the field force
* Develop forecasts and Long-term Plans
Requirements:
* A degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as Science, Chemistry, Biology or Pharmacy
* MBA is a valued plus
* Proven working history in a marketing role within the pharmaceutical industry
* Previous sales experience is an asset
* Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies and driving product growth
* Excellent project management, analytical and communicational skills
* Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external agencies
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving market conditions
* Fluency in the local language and English
