What is my role?
As Junior Account Manager you will be guided to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Reporting to the Country Business Leader, you will collaborate closely with Channels Sales Managers team and all central functions.
What am I responsible for?
1. You serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
2. You build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
3. You will be guided and helped in negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
4. You develop trusted advisor relationships with accounts, customer stakeholders and in future with executive sponsors
5. You ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
6. You clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
7. You develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
8. You forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
9. You prepare reports on account status
10. You collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory as well as our Business Partners
11. You assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

12. With maximum 5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant similar role, in IT environment and:

15. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
16. Solid experience with Network, Communication & Cloud solutions/products
17. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
18. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
19. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
20. Strong verbal and written communication skills
21. BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
