Responsibilities:
- Partnership with GTM and sales team to build up business strategy, be responsible of retail strategy execution;
- Work with the local distributor and retail partners to design and implement the joint marketing campaigns, carry out effective promotions to increase sell out;
- Develop new Mi store and Mi zone to enhance Xiaomi offline brand image and in-store visibility;
- Design in-store merchandising solutions and communication strategies that drive customer purch;
Requirements:
- University graduate in Marketing or business management;
- Proved working experience in retail marketing of mobile phone with extensive;understanding of tools to manage retail marketing performance;
- Strategic and analytical thinking on retail marketing for improving brand market share;
- Innovative, well understand consumer interactive experience in different events;
- Good at communication skills. Excellent coordinate ability;
- 5+ years’ experience of smartphone.
