The Role
We’re looking for talented people to join our Partner Support Team (for a 12-month maternity cover) that help to keep our restaurant partners happy and satisfied.
The Partner Support Team is the restaurants’ primary point of contact for any questions they may have. We are in charge of providing 360-degree assistance to queries, and guarantee the best possible experience with Deliveroo.
Responsibilities
* Identifying trends in performance and conducting root cause analysis (e.g. agent productivity).
* Managing a team.
* Helping plan, execute and oversee projects, coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring successful outcomes while effectively communicating with stakeholders.
* Supporting the fulfillment of your team’s daily and weekly targets.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer care, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
* A good level of IT competence, particularly with Windows Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to use the Looker data platform is highly appreciated.
* Proficiency in English.
* Be proactive and eager to learn.
