Sales Area Manager / Center South Italy
Key performance areas:
As Sales Area Manager, you will take the lead to develop and coach our Sales Engineers in their sales activities and customer engagement. You will drive and execute sales action plans to ensure the delivery of strong results.
The candidate will be responsible for implementing global and regional product campaigns and strategies to achieve established goals and objectives. You will support the Business Controller to provide accurate forecasts, budgets, and targets.
In this role, you will ensure that end-user and customer relations are managed effectively, and you will maintain active involvement with the sales team as well as the customers, ensuring strong sales efficiency and financial discipline.
This role requires extensive travel within the assigned geographical region.
Your profile:
We are looking for someone with a relevant University degree in Engineering and/or extensive experience in sales management with engineering cutting tools skills or equivalent.
Strong experience in managing external and internal customer relationships is a prerequisite for success in this role. Furthermore, you have a proven track record in delivering good business results, outstanding negotiation skills, and relevant experience in account and sales management to complement your profile.

You are a confident speaker in front of internal and external groups, also in English, analytical, able to compile clear plans, persuasive with good interpersonal skills, innovative, creative, and a good team player.
