Join us and help us grow.Key job responsibilitiesDesign and execute partner marketing programs that drive demand generation and revenue growth across EMEALead the Partner Prospecting League program, ensuring proper attribution and optimization of partner-led opportunitiesCollaborate with Marketing Central and other GTM resources to develop and implement partner enablement materials and campaignsManage partner marketing budgets and track ROI of marketing investmentsCreate and maintain partner marketing playbooks, best practices, and success metricsDrive partner activation through scalable initiativesMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner marketing programsEnable partners through training sessions, workshops, and marketing collateralCoordinate with regional teams to ensure alignment of partner marketing strategiesAbout the teamAbout AWSDiverse ExperiencesAWS values diverse experiences. When we feel supported in the workplace and at home, there’s nothing we can’t achieve.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in partner/channel marketing and proven track record in developing and executing successful partner marketing programs• Strong understanding of demand generation principles and partner ecosystem dynamics• Experience with partner attribution models and marketing analytics• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (additional European languages a plus)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• Experience with partner marketing automation tools and CRM systems• Knowledge of EMEA markets and regional marketing requirements• Understanding of cloud/technology industry partner ecosystems• Experience in managing marketing budgets and ROI tracking• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
