SALES ASSISTANT_PT 20h
Contract: Temporary 3 months
Reports to: Store Manager
Main duties:
To provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store.
The Role:
To maximize sales for the store;
To develop enduring relationships with clients;
To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request;
To approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy;
To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;
To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;
To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;
To handle returns of merchandise;
To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard;
To support the team on the general operations of the “The Bridge” store;
To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;
To operate cash registers and close daily revenues;
To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates;
To go the “extra mile” to meet targets.
The Candidate:
at least, 3 years of working experience in the role
Fluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired;
Retail or service industry experience;
Great customer service and people skills;
Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues;
