What will you do?
* It's a pure sales position, so you will be managing customers who are interested in renting flats in Europe from their first touchpoint with our platform, guiding them through the rental process.
* Expansion, management and retention of customer portfolio.
* Business development activities
What is required?
* Excellent interpersonal skills, speaking skills and empathy
* Sales skills
* Organizational and management skills
* Fluent in English
* Fluent in Spanish
* Ability to work towards objectives and take on ambitious challenges
* Bachelor's degree
* Previous sales experience preferred
What are we offering?
* Paid 3-6 months traineeship contract (€750/month + bonus on generated revenues)
* After trainee, a long term employment contract will be signed.
* Flexible working: 2 days smart working, 3 days in the office (Milano).
* August: full remote working
* PC + Smartphone
* Young and international team (avg. age is 29)
