Marketing & Communications Director
Business group: Lube & Energy
Main tasks:
* Coordination of Communication and Marketing strategy for BG L&E:
Define BG L&E marketing strategy plan and roll out with countries and ensure its implementation.
* Coordinate with IPMs and suppliers the marketing plan.
* Coordinate with local MAMs to execute online marketing campaigns (Pardot emails, linking to website, video content). Monitor outcome and present back to suppliers. Drive engagement and new opportunities.
* Execute other communication channel activity:
Preparation of content for internal/external articles (website articles, BG L&E Newsletter, knowledge article for sales assistant tool, internal communication/announcement, etc). Advertise BG L&E externally (social media, magazines, webinars etc). Prepare and keep up to date BG L&E presentation, product brochures, etc.
* Coordinate with L&E team participation to exhibitions/conferences in the regions and support local team in preparing all needed elements.
Events organization:
Team event/meeting, online townhall, etc.
Participate in pan-BG Marketing/Communication brainstorming:
Align on activities to roll out within BG L&E.
Develop brand profile and deploy corporate brand within BG L&E.
Support L&E team on developing further presence/visibility in the market.
Reporting line: Business Group Director
Travelling: At least 1/year in the US and around 10 in Europe
Languages: Italian and English (C2)
Base: Italy
