Your Role:
At Satisloh, part of EssilorLuxottica, we are looking for a dynamic and flexible Customer Service Specialist with an international mindset to join our team in Settimo Milanese (MI).
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
* Manage quotations, order processing, and shipment coordination
* Handle international export procedures and ensure compliance with regulations
* Monitor order processing and deadlines up to the creation of the invoice and transport/export documentation
* Maintain direct contact with freight forwarders and logistics providers
* Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and external partners
* Flexibility to handle new tasks
Main Requirements:
* Commercial Technical Institute Diploma/Bachelor's degree
* Fluency in English and at least one other European language (spoken and written)
* Previous experience of at least 2 years in a sales or customer service department with good knowledge of export operations
* Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and teamwork mindset
* Open-minded and internationally oriented
* Ability to operate in a dynamic and constantly changing work environment
* Knowledge of the main IT and management tools (preferably SAP)
