Sales Manager B2B
As part of our commercial strategy, we are seeking a Sales Manager to report directly to the Sales Director. This role will involve designing, executing, and monitoring all activities aimed at achieving sales targets for the assigned business unit.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and coach a sales team to achieve budget objectives.
* Develop tailored sales plans for existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
* Monitor budget performance and ensure sales targets are met for each customer, region, and sales account.
* Provide regular reports on market trends and inform the company about financial or economic concerns related to clients.
* Assist the Sales Director in defining pricing strategies and developing sales plans.
* Conduct periodic sales reviews, analyze deviations from expected results, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
* 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales roles.
* Background in manufacturing, preferably within the industrial or mechanical engineering sector.
* Experience in managing and developing sales teams.
* Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
* Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
* Knowledge of a second language (French or German) is a plus.
