Technical Documentation Assistant - Specialty Pharma
Main Responsibilities
* Update and integrate technical information about haircare products and brands into current SOP standards.
* Generate and maintain GxP documentation, ensuring proper storage and approval processes within R&D.
* Analyze and interpret technical documentation to accurately register it, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the information.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, maintaining direct and effective communication with scientists and project leaders.
Required Qualifications
* Able to work with autonomy, organize, execute assigned tasks, and manage communication flow for multiple projects.
* College or higher degree.
* English language level, minimum B2.
Prior experience with GxP practices, data processing, and/or Quality Systems is a desirable asset.
