Your role is essential in ensuring that commercial teams are well-prepared for new product launches and align with Maserati’s commitment to exceptional customer service. By creating innovative learning solutions, you will support Maserati’s new product offensive, enhance dealership readiness, and contribute to the company’s goal of leading in both product excellence and customer experience across the globe.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESDesign and manage the development of commercial training programs to meet the needs of Maserati's global retail network. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments to ensure training content aligns with business goals and product strategies. Oversee the management and adaptation of translated content to ensure consistency and clarity across all markets. Continuously update and enhance existing training materials, ensuring relevance and accuracy as products and services evolve. Monitor and oversee course publication on the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring timely and effective delivery to commercial teams. Support and coordinate training instructors at Maserati's regional training centers, providing guidance and ensuring alignment with corporate training standards.REQUIREMENTSExcellent knowledge of Maserati products and strong understanding of the global automotive retail business. Passion for cars and staying up to date with the latest trends in technology, market developments, and customer needs. Copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content across various media. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and precision in work. Commercial mindset with a customer-focused approach. Undergraduate degree (preferably in Automotive Engineering or Communications). Experience as an automotive journalist, in creating media assets (photography/videomaking), or in automotive retail training is a plus. Proficiency in English and Italian, including automotive terminology; knowledge of additional languages (German, French, Spanish) is a plus. Strong IT skills, including MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro. Experience with Cornerstone LMS and Articulate Storyline is a plus. Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
