Your mission:
As a Junior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our sales growth in the Central and Eastern Europe region. You will engage with our clients and partners while learning best sales practices within a dynamic team. This position is ideal for an entry-level professional looking to build a career in sales.
Your impact:
1. Territory Management: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Central and East Europe region.
2. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities within the region.
4. Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate sales forecasts, budget proposals, and insightful reports.
5. Product Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the value proposition of Moteurs Baudouin's products.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical support, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and customer-focused approach.
Profil
Your assets:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
2. You have initial experience (apprenticeship or 1-2 years) in industry engines sales or account management.
3. You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
4. You are motivated, curious, and eager to grow in an international environment.
5. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of an additional regional language (e.g., Polish, Romanian) is a plus.
6. Willingness to travel within the region as needed (approx. 40-50%).
